Event Styles Explained:

At What.3.Whiskies we recognise that we all have different budgets and levels of whisky experience, so we wanted to provide a range of events so everyone can take part.

The ‘Bring your own bottle’ events are regular meetings where we get to know the people we dram with. How often have you been to a tasting and not even spoken to some of the people there? SE London is very community minded and these get togethers in our host venues are designed to promote that community atmosphere. Come alone, leave with friends.

Next up are tastings where whisky isn’t the main focus. We combine whisky with food, like our Highballs and Pizza night, or by looking into traditions like the ‘Hauf & Hauf’, pairing beer and whisky.

Lastly the traditional whisky tasting, where a brand brings along some of their whiskies for us to try. These tastings are a great way to expand your whisky experience, knowledge and palate. They are a perfect way to learn more in smaller groups, and have a far more in depth experience than you would get at a festival.
